Quality Control
- Fabric and material inspection – Check fabrics for defects and test for shrinkage, stretch, durability, and colorfastness.
- Pre-production sample inspection – Ensure correct seaming and overall structure prior to mass production.
- Production process QC – Check for accuracy in cutting, sewing, and printing, uniform seaming, and no defects.
- Post-Ironing Inspection – Inspect each finished product to verify size consistency, seam strength, and elasticity.
- Final Packaging and Shipping Inspection – Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and sizing before shipment.
How Do We Process Your Bulk Order?
Our production process is efficient and transparent, and you can check the status of your order at any time.
Bulk production time is about 30-35 days.
1.Confirm Your Order
Once we receive your sample approval, we will confirm the order quantity and production cycle with you. Before production begins, you will need to make an initial deposit payment. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will proceed with bulk purchasing of fabrics and accessories.
2.Order and inspect fabrics and accessories
First, we will inspect the fabric meter by meter to check for defects. Qualified fabric will then undergo pre-shrinking treatment to minimize shrinkage issues in certain fabrics.
3.Cutting Fabric
Next, we will place the prepared paper patterns on the fabric for precise cutting, a step that requires highly experienced cutting technicians.
4.Organize “parts”
After the cutting process, we will obtain some “fabric piles” as shown in the picture. Each “fabric pile” typically represents different parts of the garment, referred to as cut fabric. A garment usually consists of a few to a dozen different cut pieces.
Therefore, another important task for our cutters is to bundle the cut fabric with fabric strips and label each piece with a small tag containing its specific information. This ensures that our sewing team does not make mistakes when assembling different pieces and sizes.
5.Printing
For swimsuits with positional prints, we print before sewing. This gives us maximum control over the placement of the print. Make sure that every logo on every cut block is not skewed. On the other hand, there are always mistakes in the printing process. It is much easier to recut a suit than to remake one.
6.Sewing
The next step is the familiar sewing process. In this step, each worker has his or her own area of specialization, and a garment is completed by many individuals working together. For example, one part of the worker is in charge of piecing, one part is in charge of locking the hems, and another person is in charge of making spaghetti straps.
This standardized process maximizes the strengths of each individual to complete your order more efficiently.
7.QC
We inspect the sewn swimsuits one by one, including whether the size is within the error range, surface stains and damages, excess threads, stripped threads or color loss, etc., to make sure there are no quality problems.
8.Ironing
At the end of the quality check we will iron the qualified items. Fitting Load also Professional ironing can elevate the garments to a higher level.
9.Package and Shipping
This is the final step of garment manufacturing, we fold, add your custom hang tag, and package garments based on your requirements. We pack each clothing into protective plastic bags, then placed in carton to be ready to ship to your address.
