Who we are
Who we are
Our website address is https://joysportwear.com/
Joybikini is a custom swimwear manufacturer. We work with brands, designers and wholesalers to develop and produce private-label swimwear collections. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our website or contact us through it.
Comments
Our website is mainly used for business enquiries and does not currently allow visitors to publish public comments.
If we enable comments in the future, we may collect the data shown in the comments form, together with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture would be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload files or images to the website (for example, when sending us design references, logos or tech packs), you should avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract any location data from images displayed on the site.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site, understand how it is used and improve our marketing.
- Essential cookies – Needed for basic website functions such as security, load balancing and form submission.
- Preference cookies – Used to remember your settings (for example, language or form preferences) so that you do not have to re-enter them.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) – We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect information about how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited, how long visitors stay and general geographic area (based on IP). This helps us analyse website performance and improve our content and services.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads) – We use Google Ads to run online advertising and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Google Ads may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver ads, limit how often you see an ad and understand what happens after you interact with an ad.
We also use Google Search Console (GSC) to monitor website visibility and performance in Google Search. GSC provides us with aggregated information about search queries and indexing; it does not allow us to identify individual users, but Google may process technical and usage data to provide these reports.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Some features of the site may not function correctly if certain cookies are disabled. For more information about how Google uses data, please see Google’s own privacy and cookie policies.
Our site does not currently provide public user logins or accounts, so the login-related cookies described in the default WordPress template do not apply.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images, or widgets). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you visited those websites directly.
These third-party websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of those websites.

Where your data is sent
Our website is hosted by third-party providers and may be accessed from, or processed in, countries outside your own.
Data processed by Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Search Console may be transferred to and stored on Google servers located in various countries. Google states that it applies appropriate safeguards when transferring data internationally.
We may also use automated tools such as spam detection, security services and email filtering. Where visitor data is checked through these services, it may be processed by those third parties solely for the purpose of protecting our website and systems.
