2.What is the price of your samples?
The price of a sample is inextricably linked to the fabric and production process, for example, solid colors will be cheaper than prints, so we need to understand your specific needs before we can give you a quote!
3.Can I customise different sizes and fabrics?
Of course! You can use our existing fabrics to make your garment, or you can make it from fabrics that you provide.
The great thing about customisation is that we can customise the size to your requirements at will
4.What's your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design and you can modify the size.
5.What certifications do you have?
We hold OEKO-TEX®, GRS, and EC REP certifications.
6.How do you ensure quality?
We check each garment several times before shipping to ensure you receive perfect goods.
If you do receive faulty goods, you can return them to us for repair or you can also be given a discount or compensation depending on the damage you have suffered.
7.How long ready times for samples or bulk?
A sample takes 7-15 working days to make, we need to find the fabric, print it, wash it, make a paper pattern and finally cut and sew it.
Production time for larger items depends on the quantity you order and usually takes 30-40 days to complete.
8.How to track my orders？
After delivery we will send you a logistics number, you can use this number to check the logistics track
