Basic knowledge of orders​

A：Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style and color, available in 3 different sizes.

A：Sample lead time:7-10 days, bulk production: 25-35 days

A：yes, we can offer the OEM/0DM according to your design. If you don’t have a technical package, you can also send reference images or actual sample garments.

A：Yes,we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. For this is our first cooperation witheach other, we will charge fees each sample

A：Our factory can provide various forms of graphic design, embroidery, patchwork, wheat heads, hang tags, accessories, circle pendants, beads, jacquard, special crafts, and digital printing, etc

Customized clothing manufacturing quotation process

A：You will always receive proof of the order before it is put into production. We will not print, embroider or otherwise make anything without your explicit written approval.
 
A: Please carefully check your proof. View all the information listed in the proof, carefully examine the image, and request changes for any areas you are not satisfied with.
 
A: If you do not need to change the proof, please let us know that you have approved the production of the proof. Please note that we cannot proceed with production until we receive written approval for the proof.

A：Simple contact inquiries usually receive a response within 24 hours 

A： Without project details, it is impossible to accurately estimate order turnaround time: turnaround time may depend on the services provided and the complexity of the order. After confirming with you, the average turnaround time for developing your first sample is approximately 5-10 days, depending on the number of corrections made.
